As 2018 drew to a close we wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on what has been a busy and successful year for the team at Grydale.
Key highlights have included:
Development of the first Euro JMS 20 M-Series Track Dust Collector
Our patented units are now working on large infrastructure projects across Australia. Track mounting offers full mobility and better control with variable speeds between 3-6 k.p.h. increasing their efficiency and speed in operation. Units have proven success operating alongside extraction equipment including Trenchers, Profilers, Surface Miners and Road Headers to provide dust extraction at source.
Development of the JMS 60 M-Series Dust Collector
We launched the first mobile 60m3/s dust collector on the market. The first unit developed is now providing general ventilation at a major infrastructure project in Melbourne and will shortly be joined by a number of additional units.
Development of the JMS 50 M-Series Track Dust Collector
This is a hybrid machine that operates using 1000V and features a Volvo Penta T4 Engine that powers the tracks. The machine delivers 50m3/s and offers variable air flow control enabling it to be used for general ventilation or to track up close to extraction machinery.
New Manufacturing Location
In August the Grydale team relocated its manufacturing operations to a larger factory in Brendale, QLD. The factory has significantly increased manufacturing capacity and facilities for the team.
Partnership with Volvo Penta – the world leader in emissions technology
We have committed to using Volvo Penta T4/5 engines to ensure our machines meet the highest standards in the world for emissions.
Launch of Grydale Rental
To support our existing rental partners and be able to supply additional units to meet rental demand we have established Grydale Rental.
Looking ahead to 2019
We are looking forward to a busy 2019 and taking our machines to Europe. We will be exhibiting at the Bauma Trade show (8-14th April, Munich) and at the World Tunnelling Conference in Naples (3rd – 9th May).
All our dust collectors are available for purchase or hire and enquiries should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
