JMS 60-M-Series

125,000CFM (60m3/s) Mobile Dust Collectors

JMS 60 M-Series. Overview.

The JMS 60 M-Series Dust Collectors create an air volume of 125,000CFM (60m³/s) 14iwg / 18iwg
(-3.5kPa / -5kPa*
. These complete dust collection systems feature a centrifugal fan mounted on a single manoeuvrable base, dirty air intakes, filter house, clean air box, silencer, exhaust and a dust discharge system.

* Alternative size centrifugal fans can be used to optimise air volume and pressure to suit site conditions and specific applications.

Efficiency. Power.
One of the key features of the Grydale Mobile Dust Collectors is the inclusion of a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) as part of the standard configuration, this ensures the dust collector provides the required air flow using the least amount of power. If there is insufficient air flow, the air flow meter on the dust collector will turn up the Variable Speed Drive (VSD) to generate more air volume, additionally the air flow meter will turn the VSD down so the dust collector uses less kW for the same amount of volume depending on the temperature and conditions. The VSD greatly improves the units power efficiency and clients have reported a 40% reduction in their power consumption.

Investment Options. New & Refurbished units are available for Purchase or Rental.

JMS 60 M-Series. Range Options.

JMS-60-MES (Mobile, Electric, Skid)

Mobility Options. Drag Skid or Hydraulic Stepping.

The JMS 60 M-Series Dust Collectors are compact integrated systems mounted on a single compact mobile base. This provides significant space saving advantages on construction sites where space is limited, meaning units can be repositioned with limited downtime in construction works. The complete unit can be easily moved using one of the two available options:

  1. Drag Skid Mounted Units – Skid mounted units can be lifted or dragged into position using the designated lifting lugs at each corner of the machine.
  2. Hydraulic Stepping Systems – The hydraulic stepping system powers four legs that lift the unit up, while a pair of skates move the unit forward and backwards, this movement is repeated to achieve the desired distance.

Power Options. Electric or Hybrid.

The JMS-60-MES Mobile, Electric, Skid Dust Collector uses 380-480V or 1000V to power the centrifugal exhaust fan, while hydraulics are used to power the auger and rotary valve discharge system.

The JMS-60-MHS Mobile, Hybrid, Stepping System Dust Collector uses a T2/T3 diesel engine to power the hydraulic stepping system while 380-480V or 1000V electric motor is used to drive the centrifugal exhaust fan, auger, rotary valve discharge system and screw compressor.
